Rosalie Manansala
Founder & CEO
Rosalie brings over 25 years of experience in Big 4 consulting, private equity real estate, family offices, and capital markets. Her career includes leading accounting and operations for a multi-billion-dollar family office and managing global tax solutions at Deloitte for Fortune 100 and 500 companies.
With this depth of expertise, Rosalie built Innexa to provide institutional-grade accounting and operational support to real estate groups and family offices, combining technical precision with a purpose-driven approach to workforce development.
Rosalie serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations dedicated to empowering underserved youth and families through mentorship, education, and economic advocacy. She holds FINRA Series 63 and 82 licenses and is a former Certified Public Accountant.
Rosalie earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from California State University, Northridge.
